Beloved husband of Florence (MacDonald) Stewart for 58 years. Loving father of Leslee Ingram (Laurence), David Stewart, John Stewart (Shaneen) and Andrew Stewart (Wendy). Cherished grandfather of Michael and Benjamin Ingram, Emily and William Stewart, Douglas Stewart and great-grandfather of Maxwell Ingram. Dear brother of Bill, Burton and Elaine. Predeceased by his parents Jack and Florence Stewart of Valleyfield, Quebec and his siblings John, Margaret and Dorothy. Doug was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and was an employee of EMCO London for 32 years. In his younger years he was a talented hockey player and devoted fan of the Montreal Canadians. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be conducted at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London, on Saturday, March 20, 2010 at 1:00 pm.
